Benjamin is an extremely versatile professional guitarist and became our Co-Producer (Darren Bazzoni’s) first call studio guitarist, working on several records together over the years. Ben is also a composer, writer, and podcaster with over 30 years in the music industry.
As well as touring the globe extensively for many years, he has also written and produced music for TV and Film. Drawing influences from legends such as David Gilmour, Jeff Beck and Steve Hillage. Ben’s playing spans rock, jazz-funk, ambient, acoustic and genre-crossing original compositions, making him the perfect choice for Neil Diamond’s incredibly eclectic music across six decades.
Outside of live performing, Pegley contributes to music and film journalism, and hosts podcasts exploring cinema and culture. Every day is a school day and Ben continues to create and share his passion for music and guitars across live stages and music media.
I was so excited to be invited to join ‘Hello Again.’ I’ve always loved Neil Diamond’s music, which people never really associated with my style, being very much influenced by experimental and virtuoso guitar players.
